Behind the Words

It was not until December of 2018 that I found writing as a viable avenue. Upon fervent encouragement from a dear friend did I pick up pen and paper and attempt to express myself. This practice has turned into a lifestyle.

Prior to enlisting I was in a leadership position with multiple Panera Bread stores. Now a student of creative writing and computer science, I have four years of military service as an electronic technician which guided me to where I am now. Since, I have met and exceeded my goals with my education having made the Dean's List as well as the English Honors Society, Sigma Tau Delta. 

My writing tends to center around contemporary people problems, my longest running story being a romantic tragedy of sorts meant to expose the rawness of both military and domestic life. I occasionally take cracks at science fiction and have written several short stories centering around various fictional universes both of my own machinations and those of others.
